No injustice will be done to anyone, all encroachments on Vishalgarh will be removed : CM Shinde’s assurance

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s appeals to the Chief Minister to withdraw the crimes against followers of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj (Shivpremi) fighting against the encroachment on Vishalgarh

Pandharpur (Solapur), July 18 (News) – The administration is registering false crimes by taking unfair action against Shivpremi who are protesting against the encroachment on Vishalgarh. Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh state organiser of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) Mr Sunil Ghanwat visited the Chief Minister of the state Eknath Shinde at the Government Rest House in Pandharpur. At this time Shiv Sena Chief Pratod and MLA Mr Bharatsheth Gogawale were present. While responding to Mr Ghanwat’s complaint, the CM Shinde said, they would not allow injustice to anyone, and they would also remove all encroachments on Vishalgarh. They would remove encroachments not only upon Vishalgarh but all the other encroachments on all the forts across the state. Along with this, the Government will conserve the sanctity of the forts and look into their maintenance. Mr. Ghanwat gave this information through a press release.

The press release further mentions that there have been hundreds of encroachments on Vishalgarh which was sanctified by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The administration did not take action within due time to remove them. This infuriated the Shivpremi and they agitated; but imposing robbery-like clauses on the agitating fort-lovers (Durgpremi) and arresting many innocent Hindus as well, is very wrong and the cases against all Hindus shall be withdrawn immediately. At this time, demands were made to the Chief Minister on behalf of the HJS that the ongoing campaign to remove encroachments should be completed by removing all the encroachments, and the Administration should immediately remove all the other encroachments on the forts.
