Liquor policy scam

New Delhi – Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s problems have increased in the case of Delhi Government’s liquor policy scam. Kejriwal, who is in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), has now been arrested by the CBI.
Kejriwal’s lawyer Chaudhari opposed this arrest and said that it is a violation of Article 21 of the Constitution. We learnt about the arrest through the media. So, we have requested the Court that the application filed by the CBI for the arrest of Kejriwal should also be shared with us.
A few days ago, the Delhi Sessions Court granted bail to Kejriwal in the liquor scam case; however, the ED approached the High Court and got stay on his bail. Kejriwal appealed against it in the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court also rejected his plea.
