Ramnath Devasthan, Goa, June 26 (News) – According to Article 102 ‘D’ of the Indian Constitution, it is illegal for any member of Parliament to pledge allegiance to any other nation. This annuls their membership. To swear allegiance to other countries while taking an oath in the Indian Parliament is treason and an insult to India. The Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav strongly protested Asaduddin Owaisi’s act and had decided to demand that he be disqualified by the Lok Sabha Speaker and Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister. This resolution was tabled on the backdrop AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi raising Jai Philistin (Palestine) slogan along with ‘Jai Bheem, Jai Meem, Allahu Akbar’, after being sworn in as the MLA for the fifth time.

Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar from the ruling party chanting Jai Hindu Rashtra a positive step – Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha
Newly elected Member of Parliament from Uttar Pradesh Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar chanted Jai Hindu Rashtra after being administered the oath of office. This was discussed in the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav. National spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha Chetan Rajhans, addressed this during yje discussion on National Issues in Mass Media and the Hindu Rashtra, and said, “The Hindu Rashtra slogan has been chanted in the Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshans from 2012 to 2024. The slogan being raised in the Parliament is an outcome of this. This is a courageous step. This term must be included in the list of acceptable parliamentary terms. The 17th Loksabha witnessed the term Hindu Rashtra being mentioned 4 times. However each of those was by the opponents of the idea. It is indeed a positive step that now an MP from the ruling party has raised this slogan.”

Hindu Rashtra is not an unconstitutional term !
He further said that Hindu Rashtra is a word in Sanatan tradition from the very beginning. Hindu Rashtra is not an unconstitutional term. This nation is of the Hindus. The media have made it controversial and we must counter it. Anti-Hindu forces are running in the media. Propaganda is being deliberately spread against Hindu Rashtra. Therefore, it is everyone’s duty to oppose it.
The Lok Sabha membership of AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, who chanted ‘Jai Palestine’ while taking the oath should be immediately revoked in accordance with article 102 of the Constitution !

Owaisi must be charged with treason as per the Constitution – Ramesh Shinde
While speaking in the discussion on National Issues in Mass Media and the Hindu Rashtra, Ramesh Shinde said, “Everybody is repeatedly saying that the Constitution will be changed. The first question is whether ‘Jai Palestine’ can be chanted according to the Constitution. Article 102D of the Constitution states that if any Member of Parliament of India shows his loyalty to any country other than India, he shall be deprived of his membership of the Parliament. Anti-Indian activities, as well as showing disloyalty to the Indian Constitution and loyalty towards any country other than India, is prohibited by the Constitution itself. Therefore AIMIM Party MP Asaduddin Owaisi should be disqualified according to the Constitution! The INDI alliance is afraid that the Constitution will be changed, so they should follow what is written in the Constitution now, Owaisi’s membership should be revoked. You cannot say Bharatmata ki Jai, Vande Mataram, some people do not stand up to sing Vande Mataram, how can Palestine become their mother? These people are saying Jai Palestine for a country that does not even exist. As long as we do not firmly say that if you want to say Jai Palestine, go there and say it, you cannot say it here, nothing is going to happen. When Hindu activists burnt the Pakistani flag in Mumbai, the case reached the Supreme Court, and the Judges asked, “According to which section of the Indian Penal Code, is burning the Pakistan flag a crime?” Are we burning the Indian Flag? What are you doing if not burning the flag of those who attack us? It is not enough to disqualify Owaisi, he should be booked for sedition.
At the same time BJP MP Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar chanted ‘Jai Hindu Rashtra, Jai Bharat’. We welcome this positive step.”
