
Mathura – The Court of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain heard the Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi and the Shahi Idgah dispute case on 15thMay. The Hindu Party told the Court that the Sunni Waqf Board was not cooperating in the judicial process.

Advocate Hareram Tripathi and Advocate Pranay Ojha of Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi Trust and Sansthan, jointly referred to the 7thMay order and said that despite repeated requests by the Court, the required affidavit from the Sunni Waqf Board was not available to the parties. The judicial process is being obstructed deliberately.
