One Policeman killed in PoK violence

Muzaffarabad (PoK) – The local citizens of Pak-occupied Kashmir (PoK) are agitating against the Pakistani army and the Police. A Policeman lost his life during the agitations due to a gunshot, another soldier was thrashed. Police resorted to cane-charge and burst tear gas shells to disperse the demonstrators.

More than 100 citizens were injured during these demonstrations. The markets, schools and offices remained closed on the second day in Mirpur in PoK. Police arrested the demonstrators by raiding their houses and even their relatives’ houses in Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions.
