Vadodara, Gujarat – Some minor Muslim boys threw acid on two cows on 2nd February near a local dargah. In this attack, one cow was saved, but the other suffered serious injuries. The Police have taken five Muslim children into custody, sending them to a juvenile home. These children initially harassed the cows and subsequently threw acid on them.
The incident occurred in the Gorwa area of Vadodara. The cows, panicked by the acid attack, started running wildly. Sunil Limbachiya, a resident, reported the attack to the Police.
The Police have registered a case under the charges of murder and cruelty to animals. The Gorwa Police have initiated an investigation to determine whether the minors committed the act independently or if others were involved.
