In Kerala, a Muslim man sentenced to 111 years cumulative jail for raping his minor granddaughter

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – The Nadapuram Special Fast Track Court has sentenced a 62-year-old grandfather, Vetromalla Abdul, to a cumulative 111 years in prison for the sexual assault on his minor granddaughter in December 2021. While his term of imprisonment varies for different offences, Abdul is required to serve 30 years, as the sentences will be served concurrently. Additionally, Abdul has been fined Rs 2,10,000. The victim, a Class IV student, had visited her grandfather Abdul during the Christmas holidays, and the assault happened when no one was at home. Abdul threatened her not to tell anyone about the assault. The incident came to light after the girl confided in her school friend about it.

Kerala Court sentences a Muslim man to 150 years cumulative prison for raping his own minor daughter in Mallapuram !

A few days ago, a 42-year-old Muslim man from Kerala’s Mallapuram area was sentenced to a cumulative 150 years in prison for raping his minor daughter. This crime was committed in the year 2022. He was accused of repeatedly raping the youngest minor daughter born to one of his 3 wives.
