Disciples demand Police protection for Maharaj

Amravati – Pithadhishwar of Rukhmini Vidharbha Pith, Jagadguru Swami Ram Rajeshwaracharya Maharaj, has been invited to the consecration of Shriram Lalla’s idol at Ayodhya on 22nd January. It is after this that he has received a death threat through a letter. His disciples have filed a case against the unknown person with the Police.

The letter reads, ‘You are saying Ayodhya, Ayodhya. This is going to prove costly for you. Now or later, your end is certain’. The sender’s name is not mentioned in the letter. Considering the seriousness of the matter, Jagadguru Swami Ram Rajeshwaracharya Maharaj be given immediate Police protection, demanded the Vidarbha Pith and various other organisations to the Police Superintendent.

This is a conspiracy to target Hindu religious leaders and make Hindus directionless. The Government should take this matter seriously and take steps for the safety of Hindu Saints and Mahants.
