The second incident in Karnataka
Shivamogga (Karnataka) – A 22-year-old Hindu youth was beaten up by five Muslim fanatics on 7th May after he dropped off the sister of a Muslim girl studying in his class at her home in Bhadravathi District. The girl is a resident of Qalandar Nagar and the victim, a Hindu youth, lives in Vishweshwarya Nagar.
A Muslim girl’s sister was injured in a road accident. At that time, she sought help from a Hindu friend to drop her home. He was returning home after leaving her when five Muslim youths from the Zhandakatte area surrounded him and asked for his name. He was beaten when they learned he was Hindu. At this time, Abhi and Yashwant, two Hindus who came to the spot, were also attacked by religious fanatics. A case has been registered in this case and four Muslims have been arrested.

In the past few days, similar incidents have been reported in Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar, and Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, Patna in Bihar, Ahmedabad in Gujarat, and Chikkaballapur and now Shivamogga in Karnataka.
