Conspiracy behind opposing the film ‘The Kerala Story’ : Producer Vipul Shah

Appeal to the audience to ignore the conspiracy

Mumbai – “I think that the film ‘The Kerala Story’ is not an ‘agenda’ rather how to suppress the reality shown in the film ?, that is the agenda of those who oppose it. So, the audience should not pay attention to the conspiracy and the controversy created by these people about the film. While doing research for this film, we came across hundreds of girls who were tricked into conversion. So how is this movie called a fake ? Everyone has their own perspective but we stand with the truth”, said Vipul Amrutlal Shah, director of ‘The Kerala Story’, in an interview to ‘ABP’ news channel.

The movie ‘The Kerala Story’ tells the story of 32,000 Hindu and Christian girls in Kerala who became victims of Love Jihad. This film is also facing opposition. Shah expressed above opinion on the questions asked about it. The film will release on 5th May.

Shah further said, “this film is based on the true story of 3 girls. If this is the true story of 3 girls, how can it be an ‘agenda’ ? Nobody is able to answer this. Every scene and sentence in this movie are true.”

Where did the idea of making this film come from ? On this question, Shah said, “I have a director, he brought script for me 3 years ago. After doing a lot of research, a documentary was made on it. Then we did the research again. Researched throughout the year, so that our writing is based on reality. This issue relates to the girls of our country, so we didn’t want to make something that people would say never happened. After completing our script, we decided to make this film. It took us 3 years to make this film.”

Editorial Viewpoint

Hindus think that those opposing this film are supporters of Jihadi terrorists, hence, the Union Government should find them and take stringent action against them.
