Sadhu found dead outside a temple in Bengal

BJP demanded a proper investigation with the Director-General of Police

Kolkata (Bengal) –  The leader of the opposition party and BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari tweeted some photos and gave information about the body of Bhuvan Baba, a village sadhu (monk), which was found hanging by the neck from a tree outside Behira Kali temple in Purandarpur Birbhum District of Bengal on Sunday morning.

Adhikari said that he received hundreds of telephone calls from spiritual Gurus and Hindu Sadhus all over the world, grieved by the sad news of the unnatural death of a Sadhu from the Aghori cult. He said he was requesting the Director-General of Police, HK Dwivedi of proper investigation; also video shooting of the post-mortem in the presence of the Executive Officer. If this is a crime, then the criminals should arrested at the earliest.
