Afghanistan is the centre of terrorism : UN

New York (US) – As Afghanistan is the centre of terrorism in central and south Asia, there will be disruption in the region according to a United Nations’ report. Due to the terrorist Taliban Government in In Afghanistan, terrorist organisations like Al-Qaeda, Tehrik-e-Taliban, Eastern Turkestan Islamic Movement, etc. have spread their wings. The security system there has been slack since the Taliban came to power, allowing terrorists to move freely.

There are 6,000 terrorists of the Islamic State of Khorasan in Afghanistan. They are active in Kunar, Nangarhar, Nuristan Provinces of Afghanistan. As the Taliban came to power, the strength of terrorist organisations like Al Qaeda has also increased.
