Shocking revelation in NIA’s chargesheet

Udaipur (Rajasthan) – The NIA (National Investigation Agency) probing the brutal murder case of Kanhaiya Lal that took place on 28^th June 2022, in Udaipur, Rajasthan, has presented a chargesheet in the Court. The 3,500-page chargesheet has revealed many shocking details. It is being told that a gang worked together in this brutal murder, in which some Muslim neighbours of Kanhaiya Lal spied on him. It has also been claimed that the brutal murder was carried out at the behest of Pakistani handlers.

1. According to the chargesheet, the accused Wasim Ali, 32, a gang member, has a boutique near Kanhaiya Lal’s house Muslim Raza, 23-year-old Asif Hussain, works at a spectacles shop, 32-year-old Mohammad Mohsin, runs a shop named 5 Star Chicken, and 19-year-old Mohammad Javed used to work at a bangle shop.

2. According to reports, it has been told in the NIA chargesheet that a WhatsApp group was formed to plan the murder of Kanhaiya Lal. Pakistani nationals were also included in this group. Salman Attari was the Group owner and the mastermind behind the murder. This group was advocating far-right Islamic ideologies of the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan party. It is also being claimed that Kanhaiya Lal’s murderer Mohammad Ghaus had already met Salman Attari in Karachi.
