Four Christians arrested for killing 45 cattle by mixing poison in fodder !

Chandigarh (Haryana) – Christian converts Vishal, Rajat, Suraj, and Sonu were arrested in connection with the killing of 45 cattle for mixing poison in the fodder at Nandigram Goshala (cattle shelter) in Karnal, Haryana. The mastermind named Amar is absconding in this case. All four arrested persons are employed by the contractor who disposes of the dead cattle. The death rate of cattle in this Goshala is low. Due to this, the sale of bones, fat, and leather of the cattle was less, and this business was adversely affected. Due to this reason, they killed the cattle by feeding Celphos-laced jaggery.

1. From 26 January 2023, the process of killing each of the cattle started every night. After some time 45 cattle died at regular intervals.

2. Chief Minister Manoharlal Khattar had ordered to form a high-level committee to investigate the matter.

3. During interrogation, Vishal and Rajat informed that they were getting 8 to 10 thousand rupees from the sale of carcass. These two men used to take carcasses from the shelter and sell it.

4. These four had poisoned and killed cattle on multiple occasions in the past too.

5. Deepak Mehra, the husband of Congress leader Rani Kamboj, has been given the contract of picking up the carcasses from this Goshala. Mehra gave this contract to Amit. After 45 cows died, Congress party workers protested against the Government. Rani Kamboj also participated in it.
