Shahrukh, who was in a 'live-in relationship' with a Hindu woman, sexually molested her young daughter

Indore (MP) – Shahrukh, who was in a ‘live-in relationship’ with a Hindu woman, sexually molested her minor daughter. The minor Hindu girl alleged that the accused Shahrukh and his brother Sahil were involved in this sexual assault. The Police have registered a complaint against both the accused.

1. The concerned Hindu woman and her 2 daughters of this incident were separated from her husband in 2008. Shahrukh had come into contact with this woman 2 years ago. Later, the woman started living in a ‘live-in relationship’ with Shahrukh along with her 2 daughters.

2. The elder daughter is 14-year-old. One day when her younger sister was not at home, Shahrukh saw her elder daughter and sexually molested her. Even after this incident, the lustful Shahrukh continued to sexually assault the minor Hindu girl.

3. A few days later Shahrukh’s brother Sahil also sexually assaulted the victim. When the minor girl protested against his act she was threatened with death.

4. The poor victim ran away to her grandmother’s house on 17^th December 2022. She told her grandmother everything that had happened to her at the hands of Shahrukh and Sahil. Her mother had already converted to Islam. On hearing about this horrible incident from the minor girl, her grandmother lodged a complaint with the Police.
