Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Nischlanand Saraswati

Jaipur (Rajasthan) – “Hindus will be killed if they do not unite”, said Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Nischalananda Saraswati of Purvamnaya Sri Govardhan Peetham of Puri in a religious meeting organised by the Sarva Samaj Hindu Mahasabha at Govind Devji Temple in Jaipur. “What Nupur Sharma said was right. Why is there so much confusion about it ?”, He asked during a discussion of the ‘Hindu Rashtra Sabha’. Following are some points He spoke on :

The Government should clarify the nature of the Uniform Civil Code

“Government should first clarify the nature of Uniform Civil Code and only then can it be considered by us. When we expect good behaviour from others, we should follow the same. ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (The whole world is a family) and ‘Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha’ (May all be happy) can be a common formula for all citizens”.

If I had signed, a mosque would have stood next to Shriram Mandir in Ayodhya

“Except for me, all the Shankaracharyas had signed the ‘Ramalaya Trust’ at the request of the then Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, who wanted to build a temple as well as a mosque in Ayodhya. If I had signed, the mosque would have been built at the same time adjacent to Shri Ram Mandir. Yogi Adityanath and the Supreme Court gave 5 acres of land to the Muslim party in exchange for the Babri mosqu

If cow protectors are considered to be goons, there will be unrestricted cow-slaughter

“Cows should be protected, but a senior person said, ‘Cow protectors are gangsters.’ The Supreme Court said the same thing. If the supreme leader of the country and the Court utter the same sentence, then this paves the way for unrestricted cow-slaughter. Due to such an attitude, cows will be killed”.

The term ‘Dalit’ was used for dividing Hindus

“Who divided society by using the term ‘Dalit’ ? If there is a conflict between various parts of the body, will there be life ? When all these parts have utility and harmony, life will function smoothly. Education, protection, services and sanitation are available to the community. Is the religious class system necessary or not ? This system is people-oriented, as it is the tradition of Sanatan Dharma, which says that everyone’s livelihood should be secured from birth itself”.

The goal of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and the importance of Sanatan

“Educated, cultured, safe, prosperous, service-oriented, versatile, healthy people and society are the goals of ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Even in the age of mobiles, computers and satellites, Sanatan Dharma is Supreme, since it is always Sanatan, which is eternal”.

Editorial Viewpoint

Hindus do not listen to Saints. Hence, they are being killed in many places in the present times. This is the state of affairs which continues. If Hindus behave like this, the situation will not change.
