Oxford University abruptly cancelled Vivek Agnihotri’s programme

Vivek Agnihotri to file a damage suit

Vivek Agnihotri

New Delhi – Vivek Agnihotri, director of The Kashmir Files, was to deliver a speech at Oxford University in Britain. However, this university abruptly rescheduled it. This prompted Vivek Agnihotri to file a lawsuit against the Oxford student union.

Vivek Agnihotri tweeted a video saying :

1. I was told, by mistake two bookings were made for the same day and that there cannot be two events on the same day. The event was rescheduled for 1st July without informing me. There is no point in doing the event when no student would be there on that day.

2. We are being branded as Islamophobic. They are denying the genocide of Hindus in Kashmir and negating Hindus. It seems like killing thousands of Kashmiri Hindus is not Hindophobic, but making a film based on the truth is Islamophobic.

3. I am in Europe on a humanity tour. I was invited to Cambridge University, Oxford University, the British Parliament, Germany and many other prestigious places in the Netherlands. Arriving at Cambridge University, I was told at the last minute, that the event cannot be video recorded. It is 100 percent curbing freedom of expression. It happened because some Pakistani and Kashmiri Muslim students protested against it. They are the genocide deniers.

4. I am filing a lawsuit against them and will ask for all the damages. Please support me in this, appealed Agnihotri.

Editorial Viewpoint

This incident shows the anti-Hindu mentality of universities in Britain. The Government of India must protest against this. Please note that those who expose atrocities against Hindus are evaded like this.
