Billboard praising Khalistani terrorist Bhindranwale displayed in Melbourne (Australia)

Melbourne (Australia)  – A huge billboard of Khalistani terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale was seen on the streets of Melbourne. The poster with his photo was glorifying the terrorist. Hence, a lot of Indians have called the local Police station and local governing bodies to file complaints against this glorification.

1. A resident Anand Pal said that Khalistani terrorists had killed 2 of his uncles in his hometown of Punjab. Hence, he was extremely agitated on seeing the posters of Bhindranwale.

2. Another person said that there are many eateries and shops in Melbourne which belong to sympathisers of the Khalistani movement and the people who visit these shops usually have stickers saying “I Love Bhidnranwale”, “Khalistan Zindabad,” etc.

Editorial viewpoints

• The Indian Government should raise this issue with the Australian Government and ensure that adequate measures are taken to stop the unnecessary accolades being heaped on the Khalistani terrorist Bhindranwale.
• As Jihadi terrorism was not curbed initially, the problem has now increased, a similar case should not happen with these Khalistani terrorists. Hence, the Government should take swift & decisive action.
