Una (Himachal Pradesh) – A person identified as Mohammad Asif has been arrested for the murder and attempted rape of a 15-year-old girl in Una, Himachal Pradesh. Locals have demanded that Asif be hanged.

Asif worked as a newspaper distributor here. He went to the girl’s house to collect the newspaper bill. Seeing that she was alone in the house, he tried to rape her. The girl resisted him. Asif then slit her throat with a sharp weapon and killed her.
