The soldier then shoots himself and commits suicide

What steps would be taken by the Government to stop such incidents ?

Amritsar (Punjab) – On the 6th March, 144 soldiers of the battalion were having breakfast in the canteen of the main office of the BSF. That time, a soldier angrily started firing. In this firing, four soldiers died and two were injured. Then, this soldier shot himself dead. These soldiers had some work-related disputes amongst themselves.
