
New Delhi – Russia attacking Ukraine is just like Mughals massacring Rajputs while opposing them during their regime, stated Dr Igor Polikha, the Ambassador of Ukraine to India. When an Indian student got killed in the shelling in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Dr Polikha visited the Ministry for External Affairs in New Delhi and extended his deepest condolences to the Indian victim. India had a dialogue with him to give humanitarian aid. He thanked India for humanitarian aid saying, “We are grateful to India for starting this aid.”

Dr Polikha said further, his country was asking influential world leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to use every resource against Putin to stop bombing and shelling; now he has started shelling in civilian areas also.
