1,12,000 crore rupees are being spent every day on war
Moscow (Russia) – It is 5 days since Russia attacked Ukraine, but so far Russia has not been able to defeat it. Russia had expected to take control of Ukraine soon, but Russia was wrong. Now, if the war goes on for 10 more days, Russia will reach the threshold of bankruptcy. Putin will have to find a solution, said Riho Terras, the former Defence Minister of Estonia, a European country. The objective behind Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was to prevent Ukraine from becoming a member of NATO.

- Currently, Russia is spending 1 lakh 12 thousand crore rupees daily on the war, on the other hand, the value of the Russian Ruble has decreased by less than 10 % in this month. Western countries have banned trade with Russia through the Dollar, Euro and Pound. In such a situation the value of ‘Ruble’ may fall further.
- The Russian companies had started facing losses 3 weeks before the war. The stock market there had fallen by 40% since 10th February. Due to this, the Russian companies are facing huge losses.
- After the invasion of Ukraine, Russia can also attack its neighbouring countries, Finland and Sweden, which intend to join NATO. On the other hand, the economy of Russia is being badly affected due to various economic restrictions imposed by Europe and the US.
- The US security experts claim that Russia would have fewer gains and more losses if this war lasted for a month. To strengthen Ukraine’s position in Kyiv and Kharkiv, some European countries have started providing weapons to Ukraine. Europe intends to keep Russia entangled in the war for a long time.
