In Russia, child rapists to be kept in jail in Arctic

Moscow (Russia) – Taking cognisance of the rapes in Russia on small children, the Government has announced passing a strict Bill. The accused will be kept in a jail in the Arctic area, where no one lives.

This Bill might get clearance in the Parliament next month. Arctic is a land with minus temperature.
