Realise that not a single Government in seventy-four years since Independence attempted to bring the documents related to India’s Partition back to India and tell the truth to the people of India. Now people should build the pressure on Government to bring these documents.

London (UK) – A report from WION says that UK Government is spending crores of rupees to keep the documents and letters related to Lord Montbatten and his wife, Edwina Mountbatten. If these documents become public it will expose the relationship between Edwina and India’s partition, which will affect the present Britton-India relationship.

British writer Andrew Lownie had asked for these documents from UK Government by submitting a petition. He had received most of those but did not get documents of the period 1947-48. Those documents are related to Lord Mountbatten and his wife. UK Government has spent around six crore rupees till now to protect them.
