She said, “We have to give momentum to the economy keeping in mind these restrictions. The government also ought to take extra precautions before lifting these restrictions. Events involving a large number of people will require careful monitoring by the administration as well as the organizers. It is also necessary to issue clear rules and regulations for such programs. Only after all countries in the world are vaccinated to an appropriate level and the number of Covid-19 infected people comes down everywhere, we may be able to go back very gradually to a more normal situation as existed in pre-Covid times.”
