Case of death of a 3-year-old girl due to doctor’s apathy at Prayagraj (U.P.)

Why such a demand needs to be raised ? Why no action is taken against insensitive and inhumane doctors and hospitals?

Varanasi (UP) – Mukesh Mishra, a resident of Kareli, Prayagraj lost his 3-year-old daughter, Khushi, 7 days ago. The girl’s surgical wounds were allegedly left open and she was unattended as her family failed to pay money to the hospital authorities for her treatment.

This is a kind of murder. It is a side-effect of the current medical services turning into corporate business. The District Magistrate should immediately file a crime under Section 302 against the guilty doctors and the employee, a request has been given by the Swasthya Sahaya Samiti to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath through the District Magistrate of Varanasi.

Advocate Arun Kumar Maurya, Advocate Swatantra Tiwari, a journalist from ‘Jagrukta Express’, I B Jaiswal, journalist  from‘Kashivarta’, Rajesh Seth, Dr. Ajay Kumar Jaiswal of Swasthya Sahaya Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha’s seeker Gururaj Prabhu and Uttar Pradesh and Bihar State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Vishwanath Kulkarni and Rajan Keshari were present on the occasion. The request for closure of the United Medicity Hospital was also made by them.
