Haridwar (Uttarakhand) – Haridwar is being beautified with wall paintings and murals for the upcoming Kumbhmela. However, in a gross display of apathy by the authorities, over 100 makeshift toilets have been erected in front of wall murals depicting dharmik events. It is learnt that the CM’s office has expressed displeasure and admonished the concerned authorities .
