Bengaluru – Police arrested Rakib Zakir, an absconding former corporator from Congress in connection to the 11th August riots in Bengaluru. He is the 2nd Congress leader to be arrested in the case. Earlier, Congress corporator and former Mayor Sampath Raj had been arrested in the same case.
