Reply from Sudarshan News to the Central Government’s ‘Show Cause’ Notice
New Delhi – We have traced the links between some Indian organisations and foreign terrorists. If they are Muslim terrorist, is it our fault ? Is it a crime to make a statement on the channel by applying Tilak on the forehead ? Only because I have full faith in our sacred culture and ancestors’, is this the reason why I am anti-Muslim ? ’, These questions were asked by Sudarshan News ’Editor-in-Chief Mr. Suresh Chavanke.
The notice was sent to Chavanke by the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting about the programme ‘UPSC jihad’ in the serial ‘Bindas Bol’ on this channel. In the ‘UPSC jihad’ programme, the Zakat Foundation was allegedly receiving help from a terrorist organisation and using the same money to help Muslim candidates who were preparing for public service examinations.
