True Happiness (Bliss) and Unhappiness
Teaching : Rapid succession of thoughts leads to unhappiness.
Explanation : ‘Rapid succession of thoughts’ refers to excessive thinking. The process of thinking is both determinant and indeterminant in nature.
From this point of view, arising of thoughts means unhappiness. A thoughtless state leads to Anand (Bliss).
