Nepal should respect India’s independence and integrity
New Delhi – India has objected to a published map of Nepal claiming that Lipulekh, Limpiyadhura and Kalapani are all parts of India. In this new map, Nepal has shown a total area of 395 sq km of India within its borders. On this, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said, “The new map published by Nepal is not based on any historical facts. It is fictional. Such interference in the independence and integrity of the country will never be tolerated. Nepal must respect India’s independence and integrity. This dispute should be resolved through discussion”.
