Chennai (Tamil Nadu) – Due to the attacks on Hindus by Jihadi Muslims in Bangladesh, Hindu organisations have been demanding cancellation of the India-Bangladesh cricket series over the past few days.

Many organisations including the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti have submitted a memorandum to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Despite the protests, the series is being hosted by India. The first test match started at the Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on 19th September. The members of Hindu Makkal Katchi protested outside the stadium on the morning of 19th September. A large number of Hindu activists were present on this occasion.
