Patna (Bihar) – Political strategist and Chief of Jan Suraaj Party Prashant Kishor made an anti-public announcement while interacting with the media that if they come to power in Bihar, liquor ban will be lifted within an hour. He also claimed that the State of Bihar is losing Rs 20,000 crore annually due to liquor ban.

On October 2, Prashant Kishor will make an official announcement of his Jan Suraaj Party. He said that in the upcoming assembly elections, his party will contest all 243 seats in Bihar. He further said, “The liquor ban announced by Nitish Kumar is just a show. Due to this ban, there has been a huge increase in the sale of illegal liquor. Some political leaders and administrative officers are taking advantage of this, and the Government is suffering. As much as Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav are responsible for the current situation of Bihar, Congress and BJP are equally responsible.”
