Thousands of Hindus in Paris (France) protest the genocide of Hindus in Bangladesh

Paris (France) – At the historic ‘place de la Republique’ (Republic Square) in Paris, thousands of Hindus gathered on 12thAugust, at 3 p.m. local time. They lent thunderous voice against the genocide of Hindus in Bangladesh and staged a fierce agitation. At this time, the activists of ‘World Hindu Forum’ and ‘Justice Makers Bangladesh’ participated in large numbers. 1. Fierce slogans were raised against the Islamic atrocities on Hindus, attacks on the temples etc. The protestors appealed to the Human Rights Organisations and world leaders to stop atrocities against Bangladeshi Hindus and protect them.

2. They submitted a charter of demands to the new Government of Bangladesh. They urged that the cases of atrocities against Hindus should be resolved expeditiously, the attackers must be given severe punishment, the aggrieved Hindus should be given financial help, and they must be rehabilitated. Legislation for minority protection and Ministry of minority affairs must be formed. Bangladesh Government should not have any State Religion.
