Hyderabad (Telangana) – BJP leader Madhavi Latha felicitated two women Hindu Gorakshak (cow rescuers) who stopped a truck transporting cows illegally before Bakri Eid here. This time, both the women had to face the Muslim mob. The names of these Gorakshak women are Srivanita Maithili and Sunita.

According to the information received, on 16th June 2024, the cows were locked in a vehicle and taken to Malkapet. On getting this information, these Hindu Gorakshak women stopped the truck and opposed the taking away of the cows. At this time, a large crowd of Muslims surrounded these women and abused them. Taking note of this incident, BJP leader Madhavi Latha has felicitated these two women cow protectors. Madhavi Latha said that these women have taken an oath to protect cows throughout their lives.
