Stray cows anaesthetised and smuggled in Karnataka

South Kannada (Karnataka) – Stray cows sleeping on the side of the street were anaesthetised and smuggled in a Scorpio car. The incident took place in Gadikalli area of Sampaje village at midnight on 7th June. It was recorded on the CCTV fixed outside a local’s residence, which brought the crime into light. 2 cows were smuggled in the incident.

The administration that does not take care of the maintenance of these stray cows is also responsible for this crime.
