Passengers on Air India flight faint amid 8-hour delay

New Delhi – An Air India flight from Delhi to San Francisco in the US was delayed by 8 hours and the passengers fainted due to heat. The incident took place because the plane’s air-conditioning system was not working. Passengers were not evacuated from the plane even though the flight was delayed, leading to the incident. Passengers expressed their displeasure on social media. After 8 hours, these passengers were taken to the hotel. Air India posted on ‘X’ to express regret for the inconvenience caused to the passengers.
