Washington (USA) – ‘China’s missiles are filled with water instead of ammunition. The lids of these missiles do not open properly. These missiles cannot fly; because hundreds of errors have been found in it’, disclosed a US intelligence report. According to the information collected by Bloomberg, corruption in the procurement of equipment for the Chinese military has increased to such an extent that it has also affected the quality of the weapons.
The report said that in the year 2021, hundreds of nuclear missiles were being manufactured in the Xinjiang desert. They were to be used to threaten China’s neighbouring countries. Later in 2022 and 2023, China harassed neighbouring Taiwan and even fired missiles towards it.
Defence Minister Li Shangfu was removed from his post a few months ago due to corruption in the Chinese military. Apart from this, recently Xi Jinping also dismissed 9 other senior officers of the Chinese military.
