BJP MLA T Raja Singh refuses to take oath from Owaisi

Akbaruddin Owaisi is the Protem Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly

Bhagyanagar (Telangana) – MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi has been designated as the Protem Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly by the incumbent Congress party. However, the BJP has raised objections to this decision. T Raja Singh, the BJP MLA representing Goshamahal Constituency, vehemently declared, “As long as I am alive, I will never take oath before AIMIM, Akbaruddin Owaisi”.

A big mistake was deliberately made to appease the minorities

T Raja Singh has released a video in this regard. In it, he questioned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, stating, “I want to ask Chief Minister Revanth Reddy whether you also intend to follow the path of Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) ? In 2018, BRS appointed an AIMIM member as the Protem Speaker, even then we did not take the oath. Owaisi has Government lands and openly talks of killing Hindus in Telangana. Will you take oath in front of such a person ? Revanth Reddy used to say BRS, MIM and BJP are one, but now tell me what is your relation with AIMIM ? There were several senior MLAs in the assembly, whom you could have appointed as Protem Speaker but you deliberately made a big mistake in trying to appease the minorities. No BJP MLA will take oath tomorrow under any circumstances”.

T Raja Singh, a devout Hindu MLA, is the only one who has directly opposed Owaisi (who has openly threatened to kill Hindus). MLAs who are Hindu by birth should answer to their Hindu brethren if they are comfortable with taking an oath from Owaisi.
