‘Azad Hind Board’ set up in Andhra Pradesh to relieve temples from Government’s control

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to be a part of this Board

Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) – ‘Azad Hind Board (AHB)’ has been set up under the leadership of Shri Shaiva Kshetra Peethadhipati Sri Sri Shiva Swamiji for the purpose of opposing the Government’s control over Hindu temples. Efforts will be made to solve all problems related to temples through the medium of AHB.

AHB has been set up to relieve the temples taken over by the Government, handing their management to devotees, protecting temples’ properties and making them the centres of imparting education on Dharma, etc.

This Board will have pro-Hindu organisations, temple priests, temple trustees, Muthadhipati, retired officers of the State Endowments Department, advocates working for the welfare of temples, activists of the ‘Right to Information’ Act and Indian Administrative Officers as members. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has been included as one of the members of AHB, as a pro-Hindu organisation. This Board will work parallelly with the Endowment Department.
