Pakistan Cricket Board Chief refers to Bharat as an ‘enemy country’

Pakistani cricket team receives a warm welcome on arrival at Bhagyanagar for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023

Islamabad (Pakistan) – The Pakistan cricket team has arrived in Bharat for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. Against this backdrop, Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Zaka Ashraf has referred to Bharat as an ‘enemy country’.

Zaka Ashraf while talking to the media about the increased wages of Pakistani players stated, “We have awarded these contracts to our players with immense love and affection. Never before in Pakistan’s history has such a substantial amount been allocated to players. You should keep in mind that when the players go to an enemy country or where the competition is being held, you should support them so that they can perform well.”

Editorial Perspectives

  • It should be investigated as to who extended a warm welcome to the Pakistani team at Bhagyanagar.
  • It is evident from this incident that India should have reconsidered allowing the Pakistani cricket team to enter the country. India should boycott such a country which exhibits hostility even in the realm of sports. Citizens should exert pressure on the Government for this.

Pakistani team will get the support of Muslims from Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad) and Karnavati (Ahmedabad) – Former Pakistani cricketer Mushtaq Ahmed

In a discussion on Pakistan’s ‘Samaa TV’ news channel about the Pakistani team that came to India for the World Cup cricket tournament, former Pakistani cricketer Mushtaq Ahmed said, “There are a lot of Muslims in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Our team will get a lot of support there”.

Editorial Perspective

This once again reveals which people in India support Pakistan. Please note that the seculars, and progressives in the country will not open their mouths about this.
