Case of fake video circulation of Amitabh Bachchan’s grand-daughter Aaradhya
New Delhi – “YouTube has an obligation to ban fake news. Why don’t you have a definite policy to curb this kind of news ? If you provide a platform to someone, do you have no liability for the content that is disseminated on it ? This means you are only providing a way to people to spread misinformation”, said Delhi High Court to YouTube.

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan’s grand-daughter Aaradhya Bachchan had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking action against a fake YouTube video about her health. The Court also expostulated YouTube and Google.
