Issue of a sexually abused woman
Gandhinagar (Gujarat) – As per the verdict by Session Court in Gandhinagar H.H. Asaramji Bapu has been sentenced to life imprisonment for sexually abusing a woman. Pujya Bapu is in Jodhpur jail for the last 10 years. He is serving life imprisonment for sexually abusing a minor girl.

Pujya Bapu has been sentenced in the case of 2013. This woman was living in the ashram at Ahmedabad from 2001 to 2006 and had alleged Pujya Bapu sexually abused her several times. 6 other accomplices have been acquitted. Among them are H.H. Bapu’s wife Lakshmiben, her daughter and 4 disciples.
