
Gurdaspur (Punjab) – A Pakistani drone was shot down by Border Security Force troops at Ramdas on the Pakistan border adjacent to Punjab. The drone was shot down after security personnel fired bombs and bullets at it. Pakistan is suspected to have sent narcotics to India through this drone.

Police have launched a search operation in the area to determine whether the drone has dropped any consignment in the area. (This means the drone completed its mission and was shot down on its way back. How come the drone was not seen while it entered India ? – Editor)
