‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans raised in front of District Collector’s office in Pune !

Issue related to action against PFI 

Pune (Maharashtra) – To condemn the action taken by the National Investigating Agency (NIA) against the Popular Front of India (PFI), a few people from the Muslim community had planned to stage demonstrations in front of the District Collector’s office, but Pune Police took into custody many protestors before starting of the demonstrations. As a result, the demonstrations were cancelled. Some of the demonstrators gathered outside the District Collector’s office and raised slogans such as ‘Pakistan Zindabad’, ‘Nara-e-Takbeer (Allah is the greatest)’, and ‘Allah-O-Akbar’, etc.


The protestors also raised slogans condemning RSS. A video of this incident has become viral. Pune Police have registered a case against Riyaz Sayyad and 60-70 activists of PFI in this connection. It has been reported that the Police have taken into custody a few more persons.
