Dharana by suspended opposition MPs

Dharana by suspended opposition MPs

New Delhi – The suspended MPs of the Opposition have commenced Dharna in front of Gandhi’s statue in the complex of the Parliament. These MPs were suspended for disturbing the functioning of the Parliament. 27 MPs are suspended for creating ruckus. 4 of Lok Sabha, 3 of Rajya Sabha MPs are involved in the ruckus. They have commenced the dharana from 27th July 11 a.m. and will continue till 29th July 1 p.m.

Suspended MPs were carrying boards with ‘Modi-Shah dictators’, alleging ‘Government is avoiding discussion, hence MPs are suspended’. AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that, I was presenting the case of the deaths occurring due to poisonous alcohol in Gujarat; but I was suspended.

Editorial viewpoint

Creating ruckus in the parliament themselves and later agitating to try to prove to be innocent. The expenditure of wasted time of the Parliament should be recovered from such MPs.
