Kuldip Nayar, Author

New Delhi –  Congress had given political and financial protection to the terrorist Bhindranwale, in the initial stage, demanding Khalistan. After the end of the emergency of 1975, Akali Dal and Janata Party assumed the power to govern Punjab. In order to minimise the power of the Akali Dal the then leaders of the Congress and Indira Gandhi’s son Sanjay Gandhi chose Bhindranwale as the medium. Congress provided political as well as financial protection to him, Kuldip Nayar has disclosed in his autobiography.

The above information has been given by Nayar in his autobiography giving reference to the interview he had taken of Kamalnath, Senior leader of the Congress. Later because of Bhindranwale only Indira Gandhi was assassinated.

Editorial perspectives

  • Please note, from this one more anti-national act of Congress has come into light; Congress is responsible for promoting not only Khalistani terrorism but jihadi terrorism also by its Muslim appeasement policy.
  • The Government should immediately ban this anti-national Congress.
