Close down the concerned mosque if stone-pelting happens after Friday namaz !

Hyderabad (Telangana) – In the background of violence erupting after Friday’s namaz, based on the alleged insulting statement made by Nupur Sharma about Prophet Mohamad at a few places, BJP MLA T. Raja Singh has tweeted that after Friday namaz on the 17^th of June 2022, if there were incidents of stone-pelting, the concerned mosque should be locked.

कल जुमा है जिस मस्जिद से जुमे की नमाज के बाद पत्थरबाज निकलते हैं।

उस मस्जिद के इमाम को गिरफ्तार करना चाहिए और मस्जिद को भी सील करना चाहिए।

Editorial viewpoint

The need for making such a demand should not arise in the first place. The Government should pass a law in this context. In France, mosques propagating ‘jihad’ are closed down, and similar action needs to be taken even in India !
