
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – Dhan Singh Rawat, the Education Minister of Uttarakhand, informed that the curriculum in schools will be based on Vedas, Bhagwadgeeta, Ramayan.

Rawat said further that the education policy will be based on the Indian history and traditions as per the new education policy that is going to be implemented in the country. Uttarakhand will be the first State to do it. Local languages also will be given priority in the curriculum.
