Jitendra Singh had filed a petition in this regard. It was alleged in the petition that an attempt was made to grab the site by constructing artificial graves. The spokesperson of the ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ and a devout Hindu advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain argued in Court on behalf of Singh. The park also has a gymkhana club. It is the responsibility of the sports department. That will also have to be removed.
